Instructions for water intake
No water within 30 minutes prior to a meal and no water for 2 hours after a meal.
First take your weight and cut in half. This is the amount of water in ounces you will need to drink per day.
Example: 100 pounds cut in half would be 50 ounces of water per day, based on an 8 ounce glass of water you would need 6 – 7 glasses of water per day.
Upon arising in the morning drink 2 cups of warm water (you can add lemon if desired) wait 15 minutes then drink another 2 cups of warm water. After this wait half an hour before eating.
You have now consumed 4 cups of water already.
Subtract the 4 cups from the total amount you should drink per day (example 100 pounds = 6-7 cups per day).
NOW, You should start drinking your remaining water 2 hours after your meal and STOP DRINKING within 30 minutes before your meal.
Drinking with meals will wash away the enzymes you need for proper digestion.
No Water 2 hours before bedtime
No Food for 3 hours before bedtime.
