Ingredients
For Dark Chocolate Candy:
2-3 Bars of Dark Chocolate
For Milk Chocolate Candy:
2-3 Bars of Dark Chocolate
¼ Cup Raw Sugar
¼ Cup Coconut Oil
¼ Almond Milk
Toppings: Roasted Peanuts, Haribo All Natural Vegan Marshmallows, Vegan Sprinkles, Candy Canes, Walnuts, Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans, Dried Fruit (wet fruit doesn’t work well for this).
Instructions
We used Mini Chocolate Silicon Moulds and our Silicon Cup Cake Pan.
Melt down the Dark Chocolate Bars using the glass bowl in pan technique (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). For Milk Chocolate add the Raw Sugar, Coconut Oil, and Almond Milk, keep mixing until well blended.
Apply your desired topping into moulds.
After Dark Chocolate is completely melted gently spoon or pour over your toppings in the moulds.
Allow to set in cold area or refrigerate until solid.
After Chocolate Candy is solid slimly push the candy out from the outside bottom of mould.
