¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of Homemade Pumpkin Spice

For an added delicious flavor, we made Apple Pumpkin Spice Muffins & Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Muffins!
For these you will need the following extras.

1 Apple

1 Tablespoon Vegan Butter

1 Dark Chocolate Bar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. (Gas mark 5)

Line muffin baking pan with paper or foil liners. (If you are using paper liner we suggest applying a drop of olive oil to the paper liner to avoid batter sticking).

Prepare the 1 Egg Replacer in a small bowl and set aside.

Chop the Dark Chocolate Bar into bite sized pieces.

Chocolate

Peel, core, and chop the Apple into small pieces. Sautee apple pieces in 1 Tablespoon of Vegan Butter, add 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice. Cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.

Apple

In a medium bowl add the Gluten Free Flour, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, and 1 Tablespoon of the Pumpkin Spice, mix well. Add Almond Milk, Olive Oil, Egg Replacer, Vanilla Extract, and Brown Sugar, mix well.

Spoon Pumpkin Spice batter into muffin tin liners, filling ¼ full, add a spoon full of Apple mixture and top with more Pumpkin Spice batter. Do the same with the Dark Chocolate.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, use a toothpick to check if the muffins are cooked, pierce the muffin and if it comes out clean they’re done. If not, cook for a further few minutes at a time until they are cooked.

Cool and store in refrigerator.

 ENJOY!

Lettuce Discuss… You Can Heal Your Life Chapter five

“I see my patterns, and I choose to make changes.”

“In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I now choose calmly and objectively to see my old patterns, and I am willing to make changes. I am teachable. I can learn. I am willing to change. I choose to have fun doing this. I choose to react as though I have found treasure when I discover something else to release. I see and feel myself changing moment by moment. Thoughts no longer have any power over me. I am the power in the world. I choose to be free. All is well in my world.”-Louise L. Hay

Lettuce Discuss… You Can Heal Your Life Chapter four

“Truth is the unchangeable part of me?”

“In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I no longer choose to believe in old limitations and lack. I now choose to begin to see myself as the Universe sees me- perfect, whole, and complete. The truth of my Being is that I was created perfect, whole, and complete. I will always be perfect, whole, and complete. I now choose to live my life from this understanding. I am in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing. All is well in my world.”-Louise L. Hay

Lettuce Discuss… You Can Heal Your Life Chapter Three

“Where does it come from?”

“In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. The past has no power over me because I am willing to learn and to change. I see the past as necessary to bring me to where I am today. I am willing to begin where I am right now to clean the rooms of my mental house. I know it does not matter where I start, so I begin with the smallest and easiest rooms, and in that way I will see results quickly. I am thrilled to be in the middle of this adventure, for I know I will never go through this particular experience again. I am willing to set myself free. All is well in my world.” -Louise L. Hay
