We got a new sheriff in town… The Perfect Vegan Gluten Free Pancakes!
1 Cup Gluten Free Flour
2 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/8 Sea Salt
1 Cup Vegan Milk (we used Hemp milk for this one)
Mix all ingredients together
Let sit for 5 minutes, Watch it grow!
Lightly oil cooking pan and cook away the Perfect Pancake!

If you haven’t tried churros just try this spread on toast or pancakes its absolutely delicious and easy to make. It is a great treat now and then (although I like it more now than then).
This spread makes a delicious alternative to maple syrup on our pancakes, the great thing about this is you can have it as sweet or as smooth as you like.
To make 1 serving vegan style you will need:
2 tablespoons, “Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread” *
1 tablespoon of Raw Sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix together with a fork until the mixture is gritty (because of the sugar) but well blended.
Spread the mixture directly onto your toast or pancake while they are hot.
Eat and enjoy mmmmmm niiiice…
