Ingredients

For Dark Chocolate Candy:

2-3 Bars of Dark Chocolate

 

For Milk Chocolate Candy:

2-3 Bars of Dark Chocolate

¼ Cup Raw Sugar

¼ Cup Coconut Oil

¼ Almond Milk

Toppings: Roasted Peanuts, Haribo All Natural Vegan Marshmallows, Vegan Sprinkles, Candy Canes, Walnuts, Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans, Dried Fruit (wet fruit doesn’t work well for this).

Instructions

We used Mini Chocolate Silicon Moulds and our Silicon Cup Cake Pan.

Melt down the Dark Chocolate Bars using the glass bowl in pan technique (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). For Milk Chocolate add the Raw Sugar, Coconut Oil, and Almond Milk, keep mixing until well blended.

Apply your desired topping into moulds.

After Dark Chocolate is completely melted gently spoon or pour over your toppings in the moulds.

Allow to set in cold area or refrigerate until solid.

After Chocolate Candy is solid slimly push the candy out from the outside bottom of mould.

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups Gluten Free Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

¾  Cup Raw Sugar

2 Egg Replacer

½ Cup Vegan Butter

½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

½ Cup Almond Milk

¾  Cup Almond Milk

1 Tablespoon of Instant Coffee

1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder

 

Additional Toppings: Our homemade Chocolate Spread 

and ½ Cup of Dandies All Natural Marshmallows (we import from the USA)

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. (Gas mark 4)

Line muffin baking pan with paper or foil liners (If you are using paper liner we suggest applying a drop of olive oil and coat the paper liner to avoid batter sticking).

Prepare the 2 Egg Replacer in a small bowl and set aside.

In a medium bowl add the Gluten Free Flour, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, and Raw Sugar, mix well. Add the 2 Egg Replacer, Vegan Butter, and Vanilla Extract, mix well.

Take the ½ Cup Almond Milk and add the 1 Tablespoon of Instant Coffee and mix well, add to batter.

Take the ¾ Cup Almond Milk and add the 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder and mix well, add to batter.

Take one scoop (we use an ice cream scooper) of mixture and place in prepared cupcake liner or cake pan. We added Dandies all natural marshmallows in the cake batter for additional Yummy Flavor!

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool (We added our Chocolate Spread for additional Sweetness Flavor!)

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups Gluten Free Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

1 Cup Raw Sugar

2 Egg Replacer

½ Cup Vegan Butter

½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

½ Cup Butter Milk (1 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice mixed with Almond Milk)

¼ Cup Almond Milk

2 Lemons for the Rind

1 Tablespoon of Poppy Seeds

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. (Gas mark 4)

Line muffin baking pan with paper or foil liners (If you are using paper liner we suggest applying a drop of olive oil and coat the paper liner to avoid batter sticking).

Prepare the 2 Egg Replacer in a small bowl and set aside.

In a medium bowl add the Gluten Free Flour, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, and Raw Sugar, mix well. Add the 2 Egg Replacer, Vegan Butter, Vanilla Extract, Butter Milk and Almond Milk, mix well.

Take the 2 Lemons and grate the peel take the rind of both and add this to the mixture, Next, add 1 Tablespoon of Poppy Seeds (More if you desire).

Take one scoop (we use an ice cream scooper) of mixture and place in prepared cupcake liner. We add a few drops (2-3 drops) of fresh lemon juice on top of each muffin and an extra sprinkle of Poppy Seeds for additional flavor!

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and NO ICING FROSTING NEEDED!

Recently we tried our favorite Antioxidant daily supplement “Organic Berry Powder Blend” by Biovea to enhance the flavor of cupcakes. The flavor is so great that no frosting is needed- making this sweet dessert a quick and healthy choice.

Ingredients

½ Cup Vegan Butter

½ Cup Raw Sugar

2 Egg Replacer

½ teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

½ Cup Butter Milk (in your ½ cup measuring utensil put 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice then fill with Vegan Milk, for this recipe we used Good Hemp Milk)

¼ Cup Plane Vegan Milk (Good Hemp Milk)

1 ½ Cups Gluten Free Self Rising Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

4 scoops of Organic Berry Powder Blend by Biovea

 

Instructions

Mix all the wet ingredients first.

In medium bowl add the Vegan Butter, Raw Sugar, Egg Replacer, Vanilla Extract, Vegan Butter Milk, and Vegan Milk. Mix well.

Then add the Gluten Free Flour, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, and the scoops of the “Organic Berry Powder Blend by Biovea”.

Reheat over to 350 degrees f. (Gas mark 4)

Line muffin baking pan with paper or foil liners. (If you are using paper liner we suggest applying a drop of olive oil to the paper liner to avoid batter sticking).

Bake for 30-35 minutes, use a toothpick to check if the muffins are cooked, pierce the muffin and if it comes out clean they’re done. If not, cook for a further few minutes at a time until they are cooked.

Cool and store in refrigerator.

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups Gluten Free Self Raising White Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of Homemade Pumpkin Spice

1 Cup Almond Milk

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

1 Egg Replacer

1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

½ Cup Brown Muscovado Cane Sugar

For an added delicious flavor, we made Apple Pumpkin Spice Muffins & Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Muffins!
For these you will need the following extras.

1 Apple

1 Tablespoon Vegan Butter

1 Dark Chocolate Bar

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. (Gas mark 5)

Line muffin baking pan with paper or foil liners. (If you are using paper liner we suggest applying a drop of olive oil to the paper liner to avoid batter sticking).

Prepare the 1 Egg Replacer in a small bowl and set aside.

Chop the Dark Chocolate Bar into bite sized pieces.

Chocolate

Peel, core, and chop the Apple into small pieces. Sautee apple pieces in 1 Tablespoon of Vegan Butter, add 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice. Cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.

Apple

In a medium bowl add the Gluten Free Flour, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, and 1 Tablespoon of the Pumpkin Spice, mix well. Add Almond Milk, Olive Oil, Egg Replacer, Vanilla Extract, and Brown Sugar, mix well.

Spoon Pumpkin Spice batter into muffin tin liners, filling ¼ full, add a spoon full of Apple mixture and top with more Pumpkin Spice batter. Do the same with the Dark Chocolate.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, use a toothpick to check if the muffins are cooked, pierce the muffin and if it comes out clean they’re done. If not, cook for a further few minutes at a time until they are cooked.

Cool and store in refrigerator.

Recently we tried our favorite Antioxidant daily supplement “Berry Powder Blend” by Biovea to enhance the flavor of the classic sugar cookie recipe. The flavor is so great that no sugar icing is needed- making this dessert a quick and healthy choice.

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups of Gluten free self-rising flour

½ teaspoon of Baking Powder

pinch of Sea Salt

½ Cup Vegan Butter

½ Cup Raw Sugar

5 Tablespoons of Almond Milk

½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 full scoops of Berry Powder Blend by Biovea

Instructions

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

In the mixer beat the butter and sugar on low speed adding in the almond milk, flour mixture, and the scoops of the “Berry Powder Blend by Biovea”.

Refrigerate for 2 hours

Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. (Gas mark 5)

Flour the work surface and roll out the flavored dough to your desired thickness. We use approx. ¼ inch thick. Use desired cookie cutter and press into dough cutting the cookie out. Place on cookie tray and Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Antioxidants are phytochemicals. These are natural chemicals that are great for promoting health and well being in your body. They offer unique properties that help to maintain healthy cells.

Phytochemicals are non-nutritional chemicals found in plants. They have protective and disease preventing (not curing) properties.  Plants produce these chemicals to protect themselves, however these chemicals can also reduce the risk of diseases in humans. There are over a thousand known phytochemicals, the most common ones are found in Tomatoes (Lycopene), in fruits and berries (Flavanoids) and in soy (Isoflavinoids). These are all antioxidants. But before we get into antioxidants we need to understand what a “free Radical” is.

Free Radicals.

Simply free radicals are chemicals that are formed naturally in our body that have the potential to harm or damage our cells. In normal cellular functions they play an important role. However in large concentrations they can become hazardous to our bodies and cause damage to DNA, Cells, Proteins and Cell membranes. This can be caused by environmental toxins including and not limited too cigarette’s, metals, high oxygen atmospheres, and ionizing radiation (x-rays entering the atmosphere from space and exposure to radiation). These can increase the risk of cancer, heart disease and other diseases.

Antioxidants.

Antioxidants neutralize free radicals. The Antioxidants interact with the free radicals and prevent them causing any harm. The body does make its own antioxidants in small doses, these are called “endogenous”. Which simply means they are produced inside the cell or organism. However, the body really relies on the “exogenous” (externally produced), antioxidants to obtain what it needs. These are called dietary antioxidants and are found in higher concentrations in dietary supplements.

Summary:

Free Radicals in large concentrations can cause damage to cells, cell membranes and proteins within our body. Antioxidants interact with the free radicals and neutralize them rendering them harmless.

Ingredients

1 Veggie stock cube

1 Tablespoon of Hot Water

3-4 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast

1 teaspoon of Onion Granuals

½ teaspoon of Paprika

½ teaspoon Basil

½ teaspoon of Oregano

½ teaspoon of Thyme

2 Tablespoons of Vegan Butter

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce (Tamari)

1 Can of Baked Beans

1 Can of Peas

1 Avocado

1 Small Onion

1 Cup Gluten Free Flour

 

Optional/Extra ingredients we use, not required for basic recipe.

* ½ teaspoon of Sage

* ½ teaspoon Cumin Seed

* ½ teaspoon Fenugreek

* ½ Cup Mushroom

 

Instructions

For Spice mixture…

Start with the ¼ cup measuring cup, Put 1 Veggie Stock cube into measuring cup, Add 1 Tablespoon of Hot Water to melt the Veggie Stock Cube.

Add all the spices, 3-4 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast, 1 teaspoon of Onion Granuals, ½ teaspoon of Paprika, ½ teaspoon Basil, ½ teaspoon of Oregano, ½ teaspoon of Thyme, 2 Tablespoons of Vegan Butter,

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce (Tamari)

In a medium sized bowl add 1 Can of Baked Beans rinsed and mashed, 1 Can of Peas drained and mashed, 1 Avocado finely chopped, 1 Small Onion finely chopped, 1 Cup Gluten Free Flour, 2 Tablespoons of Vegan Butter and add the ¼ Cup of Spice mixture. Mix all ingredients well.

It will be a sticky solid mixture. We store in a container and refrigerate until time of use.

We use a spoon to measure out desired amount depending on the use, and use our hands to form the desired style. Example: rolling a ball for VeggieBalls, shape into Sausage Links and more… see Cooking Suggestions for our ideas!

Bake in  small loaf tin (greased) at Gas mark #5 (375 degrees ) for 60 minutes.
